Who runs this site
TGP Learning & Development is run by Trillium Guideway Partners (TGP) to deliver training for the Ontario Line Elevated Guideway and Stations (EGS) project. It's for TGP staff, Subcontractors and Stakeholders.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and username. For Microsoft sign-in, these come from your TGP Microsoft account. For Moodle accounts, TGP sets them up.
- Company and role: your organization, and your department or team if provided.
- Training records: the courses you're enrolled in, your progress, quiz answers and results, completions and certificates.
- Activity logs: the pages you visit, the time and date, your IP address and your browser type. Moodle records these automatically for security and support.
Why we use it
- To give you access to your courses and track your progress
- To issue certificates and keep training records for the project
- To report training completion to TGP managers and, where the project agreement requires it, to Metrolinx
- To keep the site secure and fix problems
Who can see it
Learning & Development administrators and authorized TGP managers. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing. We only share it outside TGP where the project agreement or the law requires it.
Where it's stored and for how long
On TGP-managed systems. Training records are kept for as long as the TGP records policy and the project agreement require.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your information. Guest visitors aren't identified and their progress isn't saved.
